This is a wind-proof concealed clip-in metal ceiling system. Panels clip firmly onto special C-profile carrier. Mainly applied for gas station canopy, highway service station and semi-outdoor corridors. Perforated acoustic version is available for noise reduction.Additional wind-proof clips are recommended to resist strong wind uplift force.
In Chinese national standards, both this type and the similar C-shaped strip ceiling are categorized as C-type. However, the international market differentiates clearly between C-profile and S-profile based on cross-section geometry.
**The C-profile bends downward towards its open end, while the S-profile bends upward towards its open end.**
